• Digital Downloads: High-quality digital images available for download after purchasing a session or print.

2. Booking and Payment

A. Booking a Photography Session

To book a photography session, you must provide accurate and complete information about the type of session, location, date, and time. A booking will only be confirmed after payment is processed.

B. Payment

• Photography Sessions: Payment for photography sessions is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods listed on our checkout page.

• Prints, Cards, Framed Prints, and Digital Downloads: Payment is required at the time of purchase for prints, cards, framed prints, and digital downloads. Payments can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

C. Refunds and Cancellations

• Photography Sessions: If you cancel a session with more than 48 hours' notice, we will offer a full refund minus a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule.

• Products (Prints, Cards, Framed Prints, Digital Downloads): All sales of physical products (prints, cards, framed prints) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the order. Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products listed on our website. However, due to variations in display screens and other factors, the actual color, size, or appearance of the products may vary slightly from what is shown. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products at any time.

4. Use of Images and Copyright

A. Ownership of Images

All images, including photographs and digital files, produced by Sierra Summit Films during your session remain the property of Sierra Summit Films, unless otherwise stated. We retain full copyright to the images.

B. Licenses and Usage

• Personal Use: Upon full payment for your session or product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing for personal use, sharing on social media, and displaying in your home.

• Commercial Use: You may not use the images for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

• Social Media: You are welcome to share your images on social media but must credit Sierra Summit Films where possible (e.g., tag our Instagram or Facebook handle).

C. Prohibited Uses

You may not alter, edit, or modify any images provided to you without prior consent. This includes, but is not limited to, adding filters, cropping, or any other form of digital alteration.

5. Digital Downloads

When you purchase a digital download, you will be provided with a link to download the image(s). By purchasing digital downloads, you agree to the following:

• The downloaded images are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without express permission.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

6. Shipping and Delivery

A. Shipping of Physical Products

We offer shipping of prints, cards, framed prints, and other physical products. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the items. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

B. Delivery of Digital Downloads

Digital downloads will be available immediately after payment is processed. A download link will be provided on the confirmation page and sent to your email address. Please ensure that the email provided is correct.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to cooperate with Sierra Summit Films in scheduling photography sessions and providing accurate information about your session. You are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for your session or informing us of any changes to your scheduled time.

• Ensuring that the session location is accessible, safe, and appropriate for the type of photography being performed.

• Obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for location or event photography.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
